barreless barre
Designed for all skill levels and all humans, barreless barre uses the Lotte Berk Method, in a high energy workout that combines movement of Yoga and Pilates. Working through the major muscles groups in an all-body exercise, barreless barre uses body weight, 2-5lb weights, blocks, bands and other prop assists. Focus is placed on micro-movements, static holds, repetitive sets and resistance that leave you "feeling the burn", and discovering muscles in places you never knew existed! Stretches are integrated throughout the class, nurturing the body, promoting flexibility, and mindfulness.
